Very disappointed with the service at this IGA. I wanted to buy raspberries on special (displayed in the flyer) earlier. At self-service checkouts, they go to $5.99 instead of $3.99. The clerk (or supervisor) checks and returns. He asks me in a stupid tone, where do my raspberries come from? I told him I got them off the shelf where it says $3.99. In an even more stupid tone, he replied that I did not answer his question (he wanted me to tell him if they came from the USA vs. Canada). In short, this clerk really has no place in customer service, he should consider changing jobs if he doesn't like what he does...Also, it's not my fault if the clerk made a mistake by placing the raspberries in the wrong place on the shelves. I suggest you remove the special sign if you no longer have one. First time I have had such a bad experience in a grocery store!!

The capicollo sliced on site is disgusting, because it still has the outline of the exterior of the charcuterie on it. It tastes disgusting when you eat that, unprofessional and very low-end.

Excellent service at reception with the lady and a gentleman regarding the purchase of flowers (sunflowers). Very courteous and helpful.

Itinerant people who harass customers inside, it's very unpleasant to be chased by someone to the checkout especially for a single woman, frankly with your exorbitant prices it's not possible to have a security agent? !

I usually like IGA. It's my childhood grocery store and it has a bit of a nostalgic feel. However, the last time I went there, I had an uncomfortable experience. I was at the self-checkout with my boyfriend and the employee responsible for monitoring the cash registers was stuck behind me, blocking people who wanted to pass through. I hadn't said anything because I thought I had done something wrong, but my boyfriend told me the employee wasn't even looking at the checkout screen. He just clung to me. My boyfriend then gave him a look that meant "back off" and the employee looked down, looking embarrassed.
I knew that girls and women weren't safe everywhere, but I didn't think you could do this in your own workplace. I don't want to go back there, but unfortunately, it's the only grocery store in my area. You should have a serious discussion with your employees about respecting personal space.

I came 8 minutes after closing and there was still a customer at the checkout I wanted to buy water (4 PACKAGES) because I had a water cut and I have a baby despite that the person in charge of July 9, 2024 at 9:08 p.m. spoke to me badly, she doesn't stop shouting at me, we're closed, we're closed.
