All of the products are always cheaper than the big grocery store right next to my house where you can park inside. I don't have a car and I prefer to travel to still save a lot each time. ? The meat is always beautiful and it closes at 11 p.m., 7 days a week. ???

Generally a well stocked store, however they recently reorganized their freezers and it removed all the gluten free bread. Incredibly disappointing considering they kept the low carb but not gluten free!

October 2024 ....your clerk finds it more important to go carry a bag of oranges that was lying around at the checkout instead of helping a person with reduced mobility...who has just spent a $120 bag of groceries... almost nothing in the bag...instead of helping him...and who hasn't understood that the customer is his pay...no sales....no employee

the cashiers don't know their job and enter any price, without scanning a code! , even after “correction” - errors! always check receipts!!!! Often there are no discounted products, the shelves are very often empty, points are not exchanged, you can simply lose them and pay the full price! employees have fun instead of stocking shelves! Terrible! update! October 5, 2024 10:30 a.m. a lot of empty shelves, joking and talking employees, i bought only half that i need, nobody care…. nothing changes here….

The packers are poorly trained, they do anything: my frozen food arrived thawed upon delivery and it's not the first time that this has happened. This is unacceptable!!!

The prices are terrible, like those of the IGA, sometimes I wonder if it's not worse... I used to go there, I'm like many people in the neighborhood, a captive clientele, because there are very few supermarkets in the area within walking distance. But for six months, I've given up going there except when I'm in trouble. Especially since the prices are not well indicated. It turns out that it’s cheaper at Métro. Never small baskets and they are always disgusting. It doesn't make you want it.

Avoid delivery, cold chain not respected... the worst is to see certain products frozen which should not be.

The arrival of self-service checkouts is a disaster! During peak hours, it is not uncommon for more than half of the regular checkouts to be closed.
Passing 1-2 items through self-service is one thing. Going to a full grocery store is another, especially if we have to look up the PLU codes for our fruits/vegetables...
There are other options in the neighborhood: greengrocers, butchers, fishmongers and other small grocery stores that have not succumbed to this new fashion for self-service checkouts. This will be my option in the future after more than 10 years of frequenting this IGA.

Good wholesale grocery store, the quantity of products is appreciable in the neighborhood. This IGA remains smaller than the others and there is therefore less variety. The selection made is very appreciable and there is a nice fruit and vegetable, bakery and cheese area.
