Worst laundry (pick up/delivery) service EVER!!! If I could have given zero stars, I would have. They DAMAGED and LOST my clothes!!! I don’t know how a laundry service place doesn’t know how to do laundry properly, BUT yet, they managed to mess it up.
They SHRANK my sweaters by obviously washing them AND drying them in high heat—when they were sent in a bag labeled “hang or lay flat to dry” (as I was told to do).
They ruined my white tops by washing them (also obv in hot water) with PINK/RED clothing!! So now my white tees are a lovely shade of pinkish ?.
They LOST many of my items—Pyjama bottoms came back without the matching tops, bathrobe, and a few other things too. They were NOWHERE to be found according to the owner. How does clothing go missing??? Sent to another client? Stolen? I have no idea.
And they ruined blankets and another bathrobe —which should have come back fluffy—yet came back all matted and gross.
EXTREMELY disappointed. Inexcusable.
They reimbursed me approx $800 for ALLLLLL the items they ruined and lost (that I’m aware of) that I was able to repurchase. However, some items are no longer available and not replaceable.
I was hoping to be able to use Hygeco to help me get laundry done, since I deal with a chronic illness and often don’t have the energy or am not able to get my own laundry done.
Needless to say I will NEVER use them again.
I wasn’t sure I would post a review—but I wanted to warn people, because this was a stressful and extremely upsetting experience, that I truly did NOT need right now, and people should be aware.
I’m flabbergasted that all the other reviews seem to be so positive. What? They only had incompetent ppl working over the wknd I sent my stuff in? ????

I have used Hygeco's cleaning services for a while. Dynamic staff and intelligent management, full cleaning service for my residential rental. Their service is beyond expectation and they prove it.

Very mediocre cleaning for the price they charge. $245 for a small 2 bedroom apartment after 25% Christmas discount. I ordered a deep cleaning and it was not even proper regular cleaning.Multiple areas were left not cleaned. Would not use this service again.

I have been using the services of this laundry for months and I couldn’t be happier. What impresses me most is their attention to detail. My clothes always come back fresh and perfectly folded. Plus, their home pickup and delivery system makes it incredibly convenient. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and professional. This laundry has definitely become my number one choice to take care of my clothes.

I used to do the laundry by myself in the same laundromat , but recently they started to offer pick up and delivery services which id extremely convenient because I don't leave my house and therefore it saves my time. Everytime my clothes arrive fresh and nicely folded, i totally recommend for everyone

I use their services every weekend and they never disappoint me, all I need to do is make a phone call knowing that they will pick up the laundry at the agreed time. Very professional and organized, for me it is a 10/10.

Coming to this laundromat for the first time, I was planning to wash and dry my clothes by myself, but then I saw the laundromat attendant washing and folding a client’s clothes really nicely. That’s when I started using their wash and fold service with pick up and delivery. Since that day I never wasted time on laundry. Extremely satisfied:)
