Very disappointing customer service.I ordered an item online and shipped it to this store. Since the sizing guidance on the website is also astonishingly useless, I got the wrong size and had to order a new one. I waited for more than 90 mins there and they didn’t figure out what do.Finally, they said they could NOT send the replacement item to my home address and they need to ship it to the store to make sure I go there and pay!Lost my time and my trust!

I recently purchased a suit from Harry Rosen for a family wedding. I requested alterations to ensure a perfect fit and was assured it would be ready on the morning of the wedding. Unfortunately, on the day of the wedding, my suit was not ready as promised, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. Really disappointed!

We just went in like 5 minutes ago to look around for the underground mall entry, we thought now that we are inside the store, we will look around, but f-ing security guard in their store followed us every floor which irritated us.. we were genuinely looking to buy some shoes, but the security made us frustrated by following us till we left the store.Stop assuming that everyone steals, I’ll make sure people know how badly we were treated at your store.

Martyne met us at the door and we asked her for a dark blue suit. She escorted us directly to Canali and picked out my size off the rack. I tried it in and we also got a pouffé and 2 linen shirts and 10 minutes after entering we were done. MARTYNE is a complete PRO! Thank you!

EDITED:Absolutely horrendous experience. Rude, unwelcoming, and body shamed. Yes, I'm 6'2 and 300 lb, but that gives you no right to treat me that way. Upon entering, we knew right away that this place was a joke.I was told by 2 different salesmsn that they don't sell anything in my size and pointed at my stomach. They also looked me up and down like I wasn't good enough (not knowing we are business owners and had 20,000 in our bag to buy an outfit for later today). I can only laugh later at the fact that these salesman make less than 50k a year. Meanwhile, we're headed to the casino to gamble his yearly income. What a pathetic man.We decided to call and ask for the manager and were greeted by David. He invited us back to chat. Upon entering David was waiting for myself and my wife with a concerned look, but you could tell he was hurt by what I have told him.We then found one of the salesmen to confront him, I was still pretty upset and vented, but the salesman didn't want to hear it and made every excuse to leave (can I blame him? Not really. You've now encountered a huge man who you shamed and insulted only an hour ago, and I wouldn't want to meet me either).David took us on a tour of the store, as incredibly polite and compassionate. Even though we were running late to head to the casino, we were able to listen to his insight and plan to fix the issue.We WILL be back next time in Montreal and get some outfits because they DO have larger sizes.After going to the casino, we won some money and came back to the room to relax before going to see metallica.I got a surprise call from David, just expressing how sorry he was for his staff and wishing us a great evening.Business owner to business owner, David, you are a rare treat, and we will return ?

Stopped in this store because I've heard great things in general about this store (not this location). Upon walking in, a lady walked up with no smile and asked if she could help us. We told her we were just looking. We continued to browse and when we looked up we noticed she was following us. She didn't ask if we wanted to try anything on but just following closely. We parted ways and I went to look at something else and another sales person started following me closely. Again didn't ask if I wanted to try anything on or make small talk it felt more like security. We were interested in a couple items but the way they made us feel we opted not to purchase anything. I haven't felt this uncomfortable shopping in a long time. I don't want to play the race card here but it is notable that we are black, not sure if that played a factor in the extra following or not. I am disappointed though. I was really looking forward to buying a couple things.
