I do not shop at H&M but I often drop off old clothing and fabric at their locations. I am pleased to know how receptive the staff is. I get lots of thank yous and they always have time for me to try to get their coupons on my phone (it is complicated). Once a young sales assistant shook my hand to thank me for recycling!

Impossible to buy anything unless I waited forever in line so I was never able to spend in the store. I'm not the only one, people always turn around. They are losing a lot of money.

Came in to do a straight exchange for a kids pj that i had bought as a gift. Turns out the size was way too small for the baby although i got the right size. I threw out the bill because i thought it be perfect. So i went back to do a straight exhange. Only 2 size up. My item had the tags even the hanger on it. Cashier said she cannot do a exchange without a bill. So i asked for the manager. Julles came and i explained to her my situation and asked kindly to make an exchange, i dont want my money back. She right away said no, i explained that I'm doing a straight exchange, not a different item. She kept saying no she cant because i have no bill. I worked 15years in retail and i know very well that she could of made an exemption but just didn't want to. To make my point true, is after i left i called customer service and told him the story but didn't tell him yet that manager Jules said no. He right away said you should have no problem exchanging it because its a straight exchange and item is new. Thats when i told him well I'm at the mall now and manager said no. He apologized on behalf of H&M. And offered to help me out by finding my receipt. Amazing service by customer service on the phone. Few minutes later he sent me my receipt by email and i went and made the exchange. Then went to find Jules to tell her that it was unnecessary for me to go through all that trouble to make an exchange. She still didn't acknowledge her mistake and lack of proper customer service. Instead she said customer service on the phone can say whatever they want. I told her fine but you could of atleast given me the option of calling them so i can get my receipt. The item was going in the garbage. She continued making her case and mumbled words and i just left. This store is always empty, so you're already not doing well and add bad management, good luck.

Not really for my age group (mid 60s) but I do walk in sometimes and do actually find some interesting articles at reasonable prices. Surprisingly, their men's moccasins, loafers and even faux suede shoes are actually very comfortable and inexpensive.

The only reason I gave it a one star is because there’s no way of going lower. This h&m is always incredibly messy, unorganized and the workers all have attitudes. I thought it might’ve been just me but after going the 24th, this blond guy worker with glasses gave me the nastiest attitude while serving me, treating me like i was inhumane, and then he continued to do the same with other customers! The audacity is incredible. This branch also has no good clothes and it’s just better to go to their other branches or online.

Although some of the staff could be more personable, I have always had good experiences here. The sales are great, and the quality of clothes are decent.

Wanted to buy a shirt and couldn’t understand why it was ringing as the original price and not the sale price mentioned on the rack. After going back and fourth with the employee, it turns out the shirts were stocked in the wrong section and it’s “their mistake”. Waste of time and completely unorganized. Done with this store :)
