Lack of accessibility for handicapped people or reduced mobility. Hence, there's a physical therapy inside. Which make way less sense. Otherwise, for those healthy ones, it is a great a complete gym

Went to this gym for the first time, and it’s such a great place. Unique layout, everything you need for a solid workout of whatever kind, and just a really motivating vibe about the place. There also seems to be different kinds of classes that are offered. Staff is really nice, too. Highly recommend!

The gym is SO clean and the staff is very nice. What I enjoy the most are Mayah’s spin classes; amazing energy and GOOD music (very important!!). Also, the manager’s very hot.

This gym is very clean, and I love Mayah’s spin class, her music is the best! Another killer class is Maura’s Pilates, they’re so fun. I also love Didier’s tread fit class, and he’s so charming!

Great experience - I'm visiting Montreal and wanted to squeeze a workout in and the staff was happy to help out! The facility is very clean, with ample equipment and space. The sauna in particular was my favorite part of the workout. If I lived in here I would absolutely get a membership!!
