The service I received was not great. I was told that valet parking would be available but the manager on site told me that they didn’t have any valet passes left when she found out I was returning something.

WORST experience in this Gucci , bought a hat in this store , but logo stitching has come off a little so I came to repair it, they told me to bring it and they’ll do the necessary.
Almost two MONTHS gone and nothing has been done the hat was still at the store and they gave me the same hat pretending giving me a brand new one with a little defect …

DO NOT SHOP THERE, BUY ONLINE!! I can’t be the only person getting bad service every time I go. 4 different visits and 4 horrible experience. Most dehumanizing experience with old lady on first floor that treated me like disposable human and making weirdest sales pitch, I was happy to buy fendi for my wife. Bought gucci heels for my wife on second floor from pushy girl that wanted a sale and when i came back to exchange size i get yelled at by chinese manager who showed no respect and accused my wife of wearing them when it was purchased in exact condition I brought them back. She called my wife a liar indirectly That was the most upsetting experience ever!!! No service at all when I went to shop for my shoes, the guy is hanging out with his colleagues laughing. No luxury service through and through. When I got to Toronto yorkdale, I get treated with respect. This has to be why gucci is dying brand

The advisor showed no interest to offer any service when I was shopping for a tie for my husband on Saturday.. as soon as I decided to buy he suddenly got interested to offer service… ridiculous
