Updated on May 24, 2023,I gave them 3 stars because the new adjuster, Mr. Christian Theberge, was more understanding, and we were finally able to reach a final settlement. It wasn't exactly what we had hoped for, but it was acceptable to some extent.--------------So disappointed and I wish I could give them negative start. Our fire happen on 12 August 2022 in Kirkland, their first assessment is 2,5 month later with the amount is about 1/2 of the market price to reconstruct our house. Still up to now, 7 months, revised assessment is still far from the market price. Julien Perrotte is unable to handle the case. Desjardins should not hire them, we will escalate the issue with the higher manager.

Very bad experience. Unfortunately, the expert was mandated by my insurance company, it was not a choice on my part. After several months where I had no contact with the adjuster (no return call or email), I asked that my company take over the file, because several months after the disaster, no reimbursement had been done, no work started or even no contractor had been hired. Talking to a superior was also inconclusive. In no way did I feel respected through the process.

Poor Poor service . They hung up on their clients have no respect what so ever . I spoke in English and they hung up right away . Never called back . Please never go for their services and the Operator should be fired as they doge customers who want to do business . Shady business Stay away this is why they only have 2 stars . Service beyond bad. Really disappointed... I had an accident in which I was at zero fault (the person at fault said it clearly, police report, camera in support... everything was clear and no ambiguity). agent that I had the misfortune to have for the investigation, because she was mandated by my insurance companies, really told me nonsense and made me question the fault even though this question had already been resolved and I just had to manage the repair of my car. I even gave her the number of the person at fault since she pretended that this point was not resolved despite having told me herself 2 days before that she did calls to the insurance company of the person at fault and it was resolved...What more do you want at this point?! Really just she was doing nothing in my case and trying to find reasons to waste time. In addition, she lied to me by telling me that I did not have the right to a courtesy car when there is a status on the fact that I am not at fault (0%) regardless of the insurance coverage we have the right to a courtesy car. I have made detailed inquiries with the AMF and am considering filing a complaint. It made me lose weeks where I would have had the right to a courtesy car and I was super inconvenienced since I didn't have a vehicle. I paid a ton for taxis and public transportation. I already have the stress of the accident and they, who were supposed to support me at least, were not able to just do things right and at least start to process everything. It was such a bad job that in the end my insurance company took over the file and as soon as they took it over everything went quickly and was handled.

Mauvais, mauvais, mauvais - est-ce j'ai dit c'est mauvais. Pour eux-autres service n'existe pas. Les eviter si jamais c'est possible. Terrible.Poor service does not even begin to describe the work of this charade of assessor-experts. One of them turns up here for an inspection into damp and does not even take any humidity readings - incredible! Refusal to return phone-calls, never there to answer his 'phone (a 'call filterer'!, if you know what that is). Pathetic.

worst service i have ever received. no follow ups. no accountability. no call backs from management when something goes wrong, and believe, something will definitely go wrong with your file. unprofessional is an understatement

A perfect team of professional liars. They dragged our file for months and each time when we were close to an agreement with them, the people responsible miraculously went on vacation. Shame! Avoid them if you can!
