Sharing just an experience through the phone: really bad communication skills with potential customers. Here is the context, I asked if they have the knowledge of a specific brand and described the problem, they answered I cannot do it by phone. I said that I am not asking for a solution but just if they can just tell me if they are used to work with this brand and if they would be able to check an issue like the one I described, the person on the phone literally started laughing and being disrespectful
