I do expect people not to be able to communicate well in English or French since it’s in Chinatown. But the man in fish section was extremely rude. I tried to make it easier by finding a frozen version of the fish I needed to check if they had fresh ones. He just told me to go away.You don’t need to be fluent in English or French. But at least put some effort to learn names of different types of fish, words like frozen or fresh, how to express different way of cutting so that you can communicate with non Chinese clients. So that you don’t need to be rude to clients.

It is located in the basement of the building. The entrance on the first floor is a ramen shop, so it's hard to find if it's your first time.

I enjoyed my shop at G&D, Came from Verdun to check out the Chinatown shop and bought myself some simple groceries at a pretty decent price. Staff was nice and the selection of treats and spices was pretty good.

Fun grocery store in basement. Lots of unique snacks and seafood. Walk around the line waiting for noodles to reach the steps. Largest selection of Kit Kats and Lays chips I've seen in my travels.

The restaurant is above the grocery store of Marche international grocery . You will see the long line for the restaurant. Food purely fresh noodle made to order. I got the Braised Beef noodle #2 which was perfect soup. So tasty and the noodle cooked to perfection. The cucumber salad has a great delicious sauce. It sprinkled with peanuts. My husband got the pork with red sauce noodle # 2. So tasty. The servings was big . The large can share 2 persons. The small is enough for one. Service was a wait because they cooked it after you order. The noodle is freshly made and cooked. Ambiance was ok. The table and chairs were tight due to small space. People were lined up to eat. It's a popular place young and old Will be back till next Montreal visit.
