I just bought a used ford escape from this dealership. Antonio Melham was my salesman. He was so pleasant, attentive, quick at responding and handled the entire transaction smoothly for me. I felt that he truly cared up until I left the dealership with my car. I highly recommend him!

Went in today to install my winter tires and was well received by Omar. Afterwards had a pleasant drive with Felipe. When I went to pick up my car, Anna-Claudia was also very pleasant.

Disappointing Experience at This Dealership
I’m extremely disappointed with this dealership. I own a 2018 Ford Mustang GT with only 75,000 km on it, driven only in the summer. Three years ago, I experienced transmission issues and brought it to this dealership. They claimed they fixed it, but the problem persisted—severe transmission kicks during upshifting and downshifting.
When I returned, they reassured me they would resolve it the following summer, even though the warranty would expire in May. Fast forward to this year: I took the car in, only to be charged $172 just to be told I needed a new transmission, which would cost over $8,700 plus labor ($3,500+). When I reminded them of their previous promise, they simply said, “Sorry, this is what we can do.” Speaking to the manager made no difference.
In the end, with the help of my brother-in-law, we resolved the issue for $100—it was a software problem, not a faulty transmission. They were ready to charge me over $14,000 for an unnecessary transmission replacement.
This either reflects a lack of expertise in their service department or a deliberate attempt to overcharge. I won’t be taking my car there again, and I urge others to be cautious of their inflated charges.

Great place to take care of your vehicle. People are easily reachable by phone, and the technical department is on point. I have been servicing my vehicle there for the past year with no issue.
The staff is always trying to find an arrangement which helps to accommodate the client. When possible, they provided a replacement vehicle. Available on short notice, at times I got my vehicle in and out the same morning. I'd recommend this place anytime, no questions asked.

If I can give 0 I will.
No respect for his customers. For a while and I have been doing business with them. I make an appointment for 9:30 a.m. when I arrive they tell me I have to leave the car until 4:30 p.m.
What's the point of making the appointment in this case?
The lady on duty increases the time and says it's not me who gave you the appointment, then the department manager calls me to tell me if that doesn't suit you, take your car
I have never seen a service like this.
Customer service is zero
When you make a mistake, you have to admit it and correct it, not blame it on the customer.
Tampis for you, lots of garages would like me to be their customer

Went in to shop for a new van. Was told that I couldn't test drive unless I was willing to buy one of the 3 they had in stock. No test drives for special order. $80k MSRP and I can't test drive to decide which powertrain I want to order.
Go to a larger dealer who isn't just trying to push a sale of what they have in stock.
