I had a problem with my Sonos system and I wasted a lot of time trying to resolve it without success. I spoke to Marco on the phone who resolved the problem in 5 minutes, thank you for the excellent service, it's great to buy on the internet but nothing equals the service you receive from a company like Filion.

Fillion electronics claims to know about home automation, but our experience was very disappointing. They had to pull out of our project (TVs, sound, lights) because nothing was working properly, even the recessed lights wouldn't light up.
We had to change suppliers in the middle of the project, which was extremely frustrating. Although they are good at getting an agreement signed, their follow-up and execution are very poor. We expected much better service.

The company would not accept to do work if you provide any of the materials needed.
This to me means that they obviously overcharge for material.
Being able to shop around for materials in order to get the best price vs the electrician getting everything at supplier at full price there is quite a difference in price.

We were advised by Pascal. Great service, very kind. He gave us good advice and we bought ceiling speakers for a more festive atmosphere in our house. 2 ceiling speakers for the dining room and home theater system for the living room. No more expensive than elsewhere, but the service received is clearly superior compared to other places! I highly recommend Fillion Électronique and go talk to Pascal!

I had a problem with my television and Fillion helped me with the legal warranty process with the manufacturer.
