Why is no one picking up the phone????? Edit: they finally picked up and were rude to me because I didn't speak French. Then they transfered me to someone who's supposed to speak English who then just hung up the phone?

Had to wait 1h in line so she can tell me that they dont take debit payment. What about you take 4 seconds and let know custumers that are waiting thst you arent taking anything except credit card. Come on man

Terrible service, it was like me wanting to get a phone plan with them was terribly annoying. The girl was rude and asking her even the most simple things was uncomfortable. Just BAD BAD BAD!

The girl manager named “ISLEM MANAI” is very rude and arrogant. She does not know how to behave with customers. Such an idiotic personality she is. I would rather give it 0 star but there is no option for it so thats why I am giving it 1 star.

Cassandra took the time to explain a lot and because of her I signed up with Fido. Unfortunately, I couldn't go through her because some guy named, "Q......" was totally unhelpful and off putting. I was trying to leave a message and he proved incapable of handling that small request. And was not professional in the slightest.
