I was waiting by myself in the line, the lady (Filik) at the desk just sat there on her computer, didn't have the curtesy to say hi nor how can I help. Waited 5 minutes til I realize she wasn't working just plainly ignoring me. Not good.

FedEx is generally reliable, but my experience with this particular office has been quite disappointing. The individual, an Asian man with white hair, communicates in a manner reminiscent of a lawyer well-versed in the intricacies of the law, yet lacks essential knowledge about the shipping process. Despite seeking assistance from his manager, the situation only worsened, as the manager proved to be even less helpful. The staff at this location provided misleading information and, regrettably, false details, resulting in a significant waste of time. This experience not only ruined my day but also failed to facilitate the shipment of my package, a task that was efficiently handled at another FedEx office in less than a minute. Avoid this office.

WORST SERVICE EVERThe customer service on the phone was bad, unhelpful and i was given the wrong informations and she advised me to go the Fedex store if i don't have a printer and if i need the ground service (two-way)Arriving at the Fedex Store situated at 1Place Ville Marie. The agent at the desk told me he can't assist me with this service nor with a printer and that i need to create an account on the Fedex website.The website didn't offer the ground two-way options neither and he asked me then to download the Fedex app. And of course the app was just as useless.That was really the worst customer experience i have had and It was a waste of time. And i don't recommend FEDEX at all.I went to their competitors (UPS). And within 20 mins everything was taken care of. Simple with a Good customer service.

You have to the place. If there is a construction in front of the main entrance, from Place Ville-Marie, which is usual in Montreal, ignore it, just enter. You can find it easily.

This place is not a shipping center. They don't know how to ship. They assume people just lay around all day and wait for their package to arrive. I'm not always at home so please consider to inform your customers that the delivery is about to happen. Amazon does it so well, they inform what time the package arrives and also CALLS the recipient when they don't answer the door. That way, the recipient can give indications to where the package can be put.Also, I tried to call the Fedex shipping center and only a robot answers and it doesn't help at all. Give us some real customer service.
