Very impolite and unprofessional, especially Ranya. She was shouting. What’s my problem because I was at the pump 12, which doesn’t have a sign to pay in advance and she was ignoring me for a long time until I have to go inside to pay in advance when I ask for the manager, the manager was like a young guy putting some stuff on the shelves and he asked me to contact Esso or Couch-Tard as he doesn’t care about any clients

Always a super long line in front of the cashier's counter because the employees are super passive, talk between themselves, take all their time like ours wasn't important. When we ask questions they can never reply, they look like they hate working there honestly. Moreover, the alleys are so badly placed, some are blocked and can't pass through it, you have to go back from where you came from. There's way too many articles in a way too small store.

This place shut for 20 mins on a friday night around 10:30 because supposedly they had a shift change. Restrooms don’t work. Closed always.

beware of this esso station.payment at the pump doesnt work.u go in and pre authorize an amount with credit card,and if actual is lower they charge you the preauthorized amount

Came to Monteal for a quick visit and was very disappointed to see all the signs at the Esso in French and no English at all. I’m all for bilingual signage but all Crench seems a little discriminatory.Is this permitted??
