Great Massage with Eliane!
I very rarely write reviews but I felt obliged. I came with terrible back pain and I'm used to getting massages. Frankly, she knew exactly where to weigh to free my back. Sincerely10/10 super kind and professional. I highly recommend. Plus since it was my first massage it was only $80, incredible value for money. She knows her stuff very well and understands the muscles and nerves of the back. It was therapeutic in addition to being pleasant which is not always the case.

I've been training in this place for a month now, it's just the perfect combo for me between the gym which is never full, the equipment available is always clean and tidy and the musical choice is top notch. The spa part is a real bonus, a haven of peace in which I alternate baths and relaxation which gives me a perfect setting to work in. I'm simply a fan. They also have a group running class with Oscar on Tuesday and Sunday morning and it’s a very motivating plus ❣️

Unfortunately, this beautiful facility is poorly managed and poorly maintained. Poor customer service. Arrogant staff. Poor hygiene. The locker rooms smell like dirty old sewer pipes. The waterfalls never worked. The water jets poorly synchronized. Mold present in the small corners of the steam baths. Sauna wood puts brown stains on clothes. Dirty towels. Old damaged equipment: unbalanced and damaged machines, torn carpets, electrical outlets installed in a dangerous way ⚠️ (I was injured once because of that). The classes are poorly organized (all at the same time and you no longer have access to the rooms). There are days when the number of customers exceeds the capacity of the place. Sometimes towels are no longer available even though they are included in the services…

My wife and I have been going to this place for 3 years. The design and quality, beauty and cleanliness of the places are remarkable.
The staff is welcoming and competent.

My first time getting a massage here. The staffs were pleasant, and the areas where very clean.
My masseuse was Jessica, before she started we had a conversation about what areas I need more work on. Let me tell you, this young lady work on all the areas I mentioned and even the ones I hadn't. I left feeling lighter, relaxed and more flexible.
Next time I'll definitely combine the massage with the spa.

I had my first massage today with the lovely Jessica and I can tell you that I really enjoyed my experience at Espace Thomas.
Not only was she able to listen to my requests, but she was able to provide a truly relaxing experience.
Beautiful area! I recommend it to everyone.
