This is the 2nd time I have rented a space with them. Very poor customer service. We don't receive any invoices. Payments are taken directly into my bank account.
2 months pass and someone writes to me to tell me that I owe money. I pay the same day. After receiving payment confirmation, I realized that I was charged $50 in late fees without notifying me even though the payments had been taken from the account. They assume you are a bad payer without question. I don't work at the bank so I couldn't have known that they had never received the amounts.
I explain all this to them by email that I should have been notified and that I would like to receive invoices from now on to avoid surprise costs. The person emailed me back AND rewrote my email AND said “here is a professional version of your message”
And at the same time I receive the invoice for the month of November.
So be careful about the amounts you pay and don't expect to receive service.

I wish the team was more professional and would answer emails instead of leaving customers in darkness. The facility could have more carts. But it is clean, warm and easy to access 24/7!

This storage was flooded in august but did not feel the need to let their clients know about it. They didn't think that telling customers that their belongings were damaged as a resulr was the decent thing to do. I only found out about the damage and the extent of it when I picked up my stuff 2 weeks after the incident happened. The boxes that were on the floor were still wet and filled with mold and mildew so, I had to throw away everything that was in them. My appliances took a hit too. While most material things can be easily replaced, good health cannot. I have weak lungs due to aspergillosis, which I got from breathing mold in an apartment I was renting 3 years ago, I am therefore very angry to have been exposed to mold again because of this company's negligence. My 2 brothers that helped me move and I had to deal with severe headache, throat irritation, cough and nasal congestion due to that exposure. The employee onsite that day wasn't helpful at all, they kept telling us to contact their support team and didn't even want to give us garbage bags to put our damaged belongings in the trash... Masks wouldn't have been a luxury either.
I will never do business with this company again, I believe informing customers about damages and potential health risks associated with using their facilities is basic human decency.
