This review is not specific to this particular store.
Ecco Canada is an exceptional brand.
They excel in quality, design, service, and efficiency.
Unlike the majority of Canadian brands from which I make online purchases, Ecco offers complimentary returns (under standard conditions) and, even more conveniently, customers can return items to any Ecco store.
The majority of my returns have been due to incorrect sizing or fitting issues.
Ecco is the only brand that accurately adheres to European sizing standards.
For the aforementioned reasons, Ecco is one of my primary choices for footwear.

I rarely write reviews but I have to share my last experience at the Ecco Fairview Mall in Pointe-Claire,Québec. Firstly, what made this experience memorable were the clerks that served me and I must mention their names: Kiara, Abdullah, Ioana and their manager Marek
I was looking for a specific model to replace the ones I was wearing, but they were sold out. The clerk Kiara suggested I change the insole because the shoes were still good (the thought never crossed my mind.)
While in the store I saw some interesting models. After asking me several questions, they brought out a few different models to try on. 3 out 4 fit like a glove!!! And two of these were on special !!!!
I have been wearing Ecco shoes for well over 15 years now and always a great experience, but this one I will forever remember.
Thanks so much and my feet thank you!!!

Amaaazzing service. My first time buying from Ecco fairview. I am always looking for stylish and comfortable shows and my search is over. This store will be my go to store now. These staff is very knowledgeable and patient with customers making it easier to choose the right fit. I went for the first time and then the second time to buy 3 more pairs. If you are looking for style and comfort you can surely find yours too here.

Shoes are great, however one of the employees there does NOT know what the store policies are. We showed up with a picture of a reciept for an exchange and completely denied it even though the manager allowed it. Had to come back the 2nd time. Waste of time. Power trips are costly
