I contacted the studio to set up an appointment, and was simply asked to come by. On my first visit with my son, we were dressed in white t-shirts, and were informed that the studio was not available, although I had called beforehand.
We were asked to come back the next day. The next day, still in white t-shirts, we were told that the photo was impossible because of the white background, although this had not been mentioned to us, neither on our first visit nor on the phone.
This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of professionalism of the studio.
