Although such a positive experience at the time 9 months ago, now when it comes to trying to REACH THESE PEOPLE it's a nightmare! We are trying to get the dress that was paid for in full, and stored by them for later pick up. No phone. Nobody at the shop. Says they're open Saturday - nobody there. Says they're open Monday. No answer. I've tried email now, waiting to see if anything happens. We have a totally panicking bride who cannot get her dress!! DON'T STORE YOUR GOWN IF YOU SHOP HERE.

Lorsque jai voulu demander une information sur une des robes l’employé m’a regarder de façon très irrespectueuse des pieds à la tête et m’a demander si j’avais assez d’argent pour l’acheter car elle coutait très « chère ». Elle ne voulait même pas me la montrer un grand manque de professionnalisme et de respect.
