Impeccable service today on 2/2024 but something really scam is on the reimbursement no one informed me that they do not reimburse your debit card I bought shoes which do not suit me I went to get me a refund surprisingly the cashier told me that they don't do refunds on debit cards just on credit big lolll it's really big anarchy today November 2, 2024 very shocked!!! Really crap!!!

All the reviews about staff are fake. They are extremely unhelpful, disinterested and rude. They did not answer any questions I had, just casually brushed it off like they don’t care. Tried engaging with them multiple times as this was the first time I was trying Dr. Martens and really wanted to buy a pair but just their “whatever” attitude put me quite off.

I'm crazy! I went to the store with my best friend, we loved our experience! The service from all the staff was excellent, but that of Zoé had one more tick! She was attentive to our needs and was able to advise us well!

My first ever pair of Docs (!) and it was a delight thanks to Amelia and the other kind rep who was originally my primary contact in the store. As someone with a new orthotic, they recommended a full size up and that did just the trick. I went with the men's Adrian (size 12) and love what these do to any outfit. The break-in period hasn't been too bad either, I walked 20,000+ steps in them over the next couple days. Shout out to Amelia for being especially friendly and giving Montreal recs to my partner and I amid my first (but certainly not last) Montreal visit.

I want to thank a very helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly staff: Beau, who helped me find the right size and gave me lots of tips. I also loved the atmosphere in the store, they have a really good playlist of music.

I am very satisfied with my experience at the Dr. Martens store. The associates/salespeople/cashiers are very welcoming and efficient, they know the product, which makes each visit pleasant because they go out of their way to provide the best service. The prices are affordable and the quality of the products, a MUST, never disappointed. The store is clean and well organized, making shopping much easier. I highly recommend this store in fact everyone should buy their DOCs there.
