The store itself is fine, and the staff are nice enough, but customers don’t work there so please open the cash desks. Self-checkout should be an option, not a necessity. Hire some cashiers.

If you don’t need high-quality products, you can actually find alternatives at satisfactory prices here. Many small things can be found here. In an era of rising prices, this is a smart choice.

It is a big Dollarama, prices are very competitive; unfortunately last time I went there, did not find what I was looking for and I had to head to the Walmart that is at walking distance.
