I went to Dermamode for tattoo removal, and my technician, Nayia, made the whole experience comfortable and as painless as possible. She is very knowledgeable, and the customer service is exceptional.

Came here a while back for around 4 chemical peels. They didn’t do much for my skin texture or blemishes to say the least. To top it all off, the esthetician pressured me into purchasing this 400.00$ kit with sample sized products that also didn’t do much for my skin. If I could go back in time, I would’ve went somewhere else where staff genuinely cared about helping me, rather than just take my money.

I recently consulted Dr Dolev about a surgical scar (indented and too tight) from another surgeon that I'm not pleased with. He suggested profractional laser treatments with Audrey and was clear that it'll be a process. Yesterday was the 5th treatment and I'm very happy with the results so far. Audrey is a gem; friendly, compassionate and intelligent. I appreciate the nice ambiance, responsiveness and that they're not pushy. If I could describe Dr Dolev in one word, it would be honesty. I'm very grateful to Dermamode for their top quality care, thank you. Highly recommend!

The aesthetician I had was kind, but unfortunately the nature of most of our conversations was sales-minded and pushy. It seems like they are more interested in selling products over providing actual, quality services. At the consultation, I was told the skincare line they carried would be beneficial for me, but it was nothing special. I fell into the trap, and as soon as I started buying a few products, the aesthetician kept recommending me to buy more and more if I wanted to see optimal results. I don't blame her as maybe that's how they make money, but it's not the best model for a clinic. I ended up staying with them for a few sessions, and although I did see some results, it was not from their skincare line but from the services. I stopped going because one of the services caused more harm than good.

I usually never rate nor comment a business. But I feel like the exceptional service of my very best and most professional technician NAYIA deserves to be acknowledged!!
I spent more than 4.5 years now of trying different businesses for laser hair removal and various technicians.. And NAYIA stands out as the BEST. She’s a perfectionist (which is very rare to find) and her approach and patience have truly set her apart.
She’s just excellent at doing her job ❤️

Few days ago I had a consultation with dr.Dolev and I was impressed. First of all, I got all the answers on my questions.( Believe me my case is very complicated -4 rhinoplasty). I saw an interest in helping from his side, which is very important, because many doctors give you a consultation to announce the amount and set a date for the operation :))) So like as a person with a certain experience I was very satisfied.

I have been going to Dermamode for about 7 years and their service is always outstanding! Today Nayia gave me a fantastic peel and my skin is soft and glowing. She is knowledgeable about the products being used and is happy to explain the process to you. if you have any questions. The experience is so relaxing that I sometimes have to try not to fall asleep.I also get other treatments here, like laser hair removal. Ive had a great experience here now twice! Initially I saw dr. Dolev last year for dysport injection into forehead to prevent deepening of some lines I was starting to notice. This time I saw Jackie, nurse, for a similar treatment/new injection. She is excellent and personable, has great knowledge about what treatments she administers and made some good recommendations for my after care today. Very impressed!

I’ve been a client of Dermamode for almost a year now. I’ve had a few peeling sessions as well as laser hair removal with Diana. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality, results, and amazing care given at this clinic. I’ve had 5 laser hair removal sessions until now and I’ve had great results. Diana makes sure you are doing good through the whole process and makes you feel very comfortable. I also did a few peeling sessions + she gave me a custom skin care regimen which has *truly* shown amazing results and makes me wish I just started this earlier (i’m 27)I find prices are extremely reasonable as well. I had the facial prp 2 times with Jackie and cannot recommend it enough. You fill in a medical check and the first time I was feeling a bit under the weather she offered me to reschedule to make sure I would take the treatment well. She is so professional & lovely, with precise, gentle gestures you know you're in good hands. The procedure took around 2hrs total because I'm sensitive and asked for extra numbing cream which is no issue. I got swollen, bled a little and small bruising but it is normal and all gone in 24hrs after when you can wash your face. The first time I didn't see much result but still felt good so I came back for a second (4 is recommended to start, then one every few months), and I got a perfectly smoothed forehead right away, as if I had done Botox. I think it'll be good for my dark circles even if they can't completely go away, it's basically risk free procedure. This is the area where I couldn't even feel the needle so if youre scared when getting close to the eyes like I was don't worry, it's my crows' feet I felt more (but still entirely bearable). Jackie has such an aura of serene confidence and the place so clean & welcoming I would definitely come back for other treatments.
