I've had my locker there since 2017. It's old, there no loading dock, they have normal business hours, but I just wanted a place for safekeeping and I knew what I was signing up for. Customer service is down to earth.

Leaving this place 5+ stars , My daughters account was never closed as first thought. A nice lady from the company had called my daughter, to explain that there had been a mistake during the system update, But that the account and locker were still there and safe. they were able to short it all out and fix the issue. Thank you

No real loading dock.Out of date and EXTREMELY over priced.Loading bay ares a serious problem. They are eight (8) feet wide and about 3 feet taller than standard - so forget about an easy move.Not very clean. Not very secure. Accessible hours are terrible.....good staff. Probably the only positive

They're in the business of renting mailboxes. But when two items from two different delivery companies mysteriously didn't arrive (dispite tracking number), the staff throw up their hands and say they're "not responsible".Manager Matthew recommends that if you're expecting something important you should come down there and wait there for it yourself. LOL! Then what is the point of paying them for mailbox service?Really poor attitude, total disrespect for their clientele.
