You might as well know it under the name "Café Kanapka". Let me tell you that "kanapka" means "sandwich" in Polish, and let me also say, with no doubt, that these are the best sandwiches in town, as home-made and reasonably priced as the diverse soups! The sweet, warm lady who will welcome you (when the distinguished gentleman is not there) is very likely to put little pieces of her heart into those recipes :-)

Pro: They sell prepared food at pretty good price, they are pretty good.
Con: Price are unfixed for prepare food, everything else is kinda more expensive.

the shop prices is a scam !! unbelievable prices. you will be paying double the real price for a lollypop or a banana. Avoid the shop as much as you can

Really delicious and affordable sandwiches and soup! I just moved in to the area recently, and I am so glad there is a place to get fresh food nearby.The lady at the counter was also nice, and friendly, will definitely be back!

If you're looking to get price gouged, here's the best place in town. Whether it's a water bottle, lighter, cigarettes or beer, you can expect to pay 30%-60% more here than any dep in Montreal. Used to be my last resort, but I will go out of my way to avoid shopping here. It's unfortunate, as the owners seem like decent people.

When you walk into this store, you will here other customers talking about how good Anna’s soups and sandwiches are. They have a really good selection of food and drinks and the owners are so friendly!
