this is one of the places i always say if i could rate it zero stars i would, i handed one of their employees my amazon shipment and they lost it with zero accountability and care, i did not even receive an apology not that it would help but have some shame. you cant just lose peoples item without a care in the world. the manager did not do anything he said he would “call” if they found it but it’s been almost 2 months and he hasn’t called. too irresponsible to be a manager. i’m almost certain they threw it out and cant admit that one of their employees did that. this type of situation should not be allowed to happen.
