I'm done with this couche-tard. Worst service particularly by the guy who works till midnight. Why hire someone that doesn't like to deal with people? The store has been closed a few times for no reason during opening hours. Waste of time.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. When we first moved to ndg this was our dep of choice. Amazing staff ?? ! in the past few years it's been declining and now its horrendous. 1 staff member in particular who seems to work weekend only is always rude and even lies. For example, lied about amazon returns not being available anymore when the website still listed them as a location the next day the other staff member who works on weekend was confused and said ofcourse we do them. This lady laughed in my face ( when I mentioned they were still listed online the day before she laughed and said oh well its as of today ) and lied to me for no reason... so condescending. Will avoid this store by all means! Go to local small owned businesses instead like van Horne bagel dep on Monkland where they're always absolutely lovely ?

I have been to this place and go there Almost every day this place is always clean + there are many different drinks and many more different snacks or for example sweets + Couche-Tard is open until 00:00

Why do you indicate 12 p.m. as the closing time if the employees close the place at 11:50 a.m.?? Not very professional ?

Rather clean place and the cashiers are correct...on the other hand they don't observe their closing hours, several times I arrive there at 11:45 a.m. and
They are closed, the lights are off…the business hours policy is not respected by their employees….

Store manager refuses to take my free coffee cards on the pretext that I don't get them by buying them from him. He even stamps coffee cards with red ink to differentiate them from other stores. Her name is Ellie and I take this personally because I am a regular customer who spends $600 a month on late night products and this one was in my way since I live nearby. This manager is competent for other companies because he doesn't know how to be tactful, he's obtuse.

I am a regular customer for couch-tard this branch is awful I bought coffee cigarettes but I was in need to use the bathroom they told me not allowed left my things and went out the way they say it is so rude
