The (I think) manager was rude with students from Brebeuf and told them to get out, because they were apparently staying in the store for no reason… These students weren’t even bothering anyone and they were just peacefully and respectfully looking for something to buy!

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. As a paying customer, I am entitled to use the washroom without having the clerk telling me the washrooms are “not working” when somebody else from my group had just used the bathroom 1 minute prior. Please hire better and more compassionate ADULTS who behave like ADULTS in customer service. Horrible experience

The employee refused to collect two aluminum cans during my visit. He said we had to bring back a full crate. I believe that this does not comply with regulations in Quebec. I am going to complain to Recy-Québec and Couche-Tard. In the meantime, I have decided to no longer frequent this place, I will instead go to other businesses that recycle correctly.

This rude inuit lady in her 20s (how are you that broke that you need to work at a gas station?) thought that me and my friends were stealing while we were CLEARLY buying stuff and she kept following us around and constantly screaming at us for absolutely no reason. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend going there ESPECIALLY as a teenager. ?❌???????????

A rude woman told me and my friends to leave the store because apparently we were staying and not buying anything. when we were filling up our slushie cups, she told us in a rude voice to not make a mess. we were waiting for our friend, and she kept on insisting us to leave the store. very unethical and rude.?☹️
