Super disappointed. Female employee working behind the counter the afternoon of 10/13 was incredibly rude when we asked about select products being available at the store- very unhelpful and disrespectful. A shame as the store was well stocked, but service is everything and there are plenty of other convenience stores we will visit instead of this one based on the rude service.

Clean and organized. Can also find stuff that isn't at the gourmet market a few doors down to complete your shopping.

Unpretentious and practical!
First time sleeping late to find the last bottle of milk in the fridge at the last minute! The welcome and service is correct. Cleanliness would need to be worked on to my liking in terms of sweeping and stocking the shelves, especially in the evening, or a refresher wouldn't hurt!
On the other hand, it is very practical in terms of schedules, it helps out well and the location is even more practical!
As for the choice of treats, a little more choice would be great!
As for the prices, it remains reasonable compared to other convenience stores.

It's stupid to buy from this store. The young man who works there at night puts headphones in his ears and when you talk to him he doesn't answer you. He only asks for cash and the sale price is doubled and puts in his pocket

It feels kind of ridiculous to review a convenience store, but I was in here briefly to buy a charger for my phone after spending the day touring Montreal and the man at the counter was one of the kindest people I encountered on my trip. He was so patient with each customer, made lighthearted jokes about my poor French, and did his best to help me in English. He was perfect at his job and I'm sure he made everyone's nights a lot better. It takes a lot to be caring to every individual customer you see when you work a job like his, but he managed to do it so genuinely. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but maybe he'll recognize this story.
