I had a fantastic experience shopping at this store! Every associate was extremely friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in. The customer service was outstanding—Gana, in particular, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find a store where every employee is so attentive and helpful. This experience has definitely made me want to shop with this brand more often, and I’ll be back soon!

Great first experience at Cos! Sales associates were super friendly and helped me find my sizes. The fitting rooms were clean and the store have a great ambience.

We just came out from the store. The lady working on the floor was so rude to cut the way bewteen two of us (we were standing together beside the disply table), with no excuse, but with very bad attitude! It was just because we tried several coats, and was trying to decide which one to choose from! Being a loyal cusotmer for years, I only saw one associate working there is super nice, a skinny black sweet lady.

I order a lot of clothing from COS. I am visiting Montréal and thought I would go to a physical location but after reading the volume of terrible reviews of the staff, I decided not to waste my time. I will shop elsewhere while I am here.

I love cos but the customer service is dreadful here - no-one to help, no one in the changing rooms.. they were all chatting. I saw someone stand at the cash desk for 5 minutes waiting to be served… no-one in sight

Walked in 15 minutes before 7pm and my friends and I were joking that no one said hello to us or bothered to ask if we wanted to start a fitting room as they were literally stomping by huffing at us. When we finally asked for a room we were told it’s not possible because they close in 5 minutes. We told them that they could have told us when we walked in especially since online it says they closed at 8pm. This explained why they seemed so upset that we were in the store. I was shocked at this level of service.

This was a nice COS location. They were having a 50-70% off sale while I was there and had some good deals. I don’t like how the menswear is all the way in the back of the store, but that seems to be the case at most stores nowadays for some reason. Bit of a nuisance was that the cashier forget to remove the security tag from my purchase, which required me to make a trip back to the store the next day. They were apologetic for the inconvenience - which I appreciated.

I tried on 6 dresses and decided to buy two of them. I returned the rest to the staff. She asked me to put the other four dresses back on the hanger. Because I'm on dare time and I think this work belong to her. She has a very poor attitude. Letting customers doing something what their employees suppose do. This is so disappointing of their policy and attitude.
