I went to change my boots and Mr. 'Muf' treated me extremely well, I don't speak French or English, only Spanish, I couldn't decide which ones to change and the employee with his patience waited for me and accompanied me the entire time, everyone is very organized and professionals in their work, I left this store very satisfied.Thank you very very much

Old Col*ss who wouldn't let me use the toilet at the accounting level in the same establishment as their store, despite the fact that I mentioned wanting to buy a safety jacket from them. During the transaction this same person asked me indiscreet questions about my current job, I told him that I was unemployed and he asked me why I needed a safety jacket. I explained to him the personal reason for my need, the transaction was completed and he asked me if I wanted my name on my invoice. Their products are close to their hearts. Human values: ZERO.

Without a doubt THE place for safety shoes and everything that goes with them. The service is courteous and the employees know their products. There is a discount if you are an IATSE member and probably other unions too.

I've been to Collins several times,sometimes greeted well and sometimes not so much.Some of these guys seem to have watched too many Gangster movies,they seem to forget that the real ones may cross paths at some point.In any case I've decided to buy my Timberland Pros on Amazon and got them for much less.

Worst customer service on site, I bought a pair of work shoes that I wore for about fifty days, the sole of which came apart on the side. The shoes are practically new, not scratched or hung on the defect and they refuse to exchange them for me or at least accommodate me. I still bought $300 worth of shoes. The three clerks actually laughed in my face. I do not recommend this place in any way. Thanks for nothing Collins. ?
