Avoid this dealership at all costs. Their complete disregard for customer time and commitments is beyond unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment in October to have my tires changed, requiring me to cancel an entire day of my clinic—an enormous inconvenience. After leaving my car with them at 8:30 AM, they called me at noon to inform me that they decided something “more important” came up, pushing my tire change to a later time. Then, the following day, they discovered an issue with one of the tires (after already having my car) and had to order a replacement, which now means I have to wait until December because they are fully booked.
This level of incompetence and disregard for customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve never dealt with a company so poorly organized and dismissive of the value of their customers’ time. I highly recommend you stay far away from this place if you expect even the bare minimum of professionalism and reliability.

Thank you for your response. I’m concerned that my initial message may have been misunderstood, as your reply seems unrelated to the core issue. My concern is not about the origin of the tire damage but rather with the handling of my recent appointment. I arranged this service well in advance and canceled a full day of work, trusting the dealership’s commitment. Instead, I received a same-day cancellation, resulting in significant disruption and delaying my winter tire installation until December.
Regardless of previous maintenance history, I expected a higher level of reliability, communication, and respect for my time. I would appreciate an acknowledgment of this inconvenience and a solution to prevent further delays.

Poor customer service. A big 0.
Very disappointed by the lack of follow-up on the refund of a $500 deposit, the lack of communication and the lack of empathy. Surely it's easier to spend money on buying a vehicle than getting information on how to reimburse it. No response to the email, no return call following my reminders. 3 weeks without knowing if my reimbursement file is supported. The financial director does not return calls, I have to make calls and re-explain the purpose of my call each time. Finally the receptionist told me that she found a check in my name and that I can come and collect it at my convenience (finally some concrete information 22 days after my reimbursement request and my (too) many calls). I informed him that I would come 2 days later. Unfortunately when I show up I realize that the check is not signed. No one on site to sign it; I explain my route again, I am informed that I must wait for the signatory to return, 10 minutes at most and when I express my dissatisfaction the gentleman (a salesman? very arrogant) tells me that I do not have to be (offended) since the date of the check indicates that it was issued on October 1st, he also tells me that there is a dealership 6 km from theirs. I told him that given the poor service in any case I would not do business with Coiteux Hyndai to buy a vehicle and replied that he would put a note in my file so that I would no longer be called (well done! finally a follow-up, haha). Finally I waited 40 minutes to get the signature, distressing.

Disappointing service, when collecting my car from the service, there was no explanation about the service following a Check engine. I always have to wait to show someone who can give me information.

Worst experience ever Monday I went to dealer interested 2021 Hyundai kona electric I saw listing Hyundai website Facebook and auto trader platform. When we talk with the sale agent old guy Told me that car not ready but tomorrow car will be ready we say okey anyways we gonna wait your call tuesday I didn’t recive any phone call… Wednesday I just call them and ask the car is it ready or no because we are serious old sale guy told us not ready yet but soon will be ready. And today Thursday we call him again and old guy say car sold Monday he say I have other model are you guys joking or what worst experience ever if car sold why you stole my 3 days say to me sold that’s it I never gonna go that dealer anymore if possible I wanna give 0 star ?
