Poor quality and terrible customer service. Bought a custom made dress which was given to me damaged and Claudette didn’t do anything to fix the poor quality garnement.

Got my engagement dress there I did it semi custom
I went in on Wednesday and it was ready for Sunday

There were 4 bridesmaids of us who dealt with Claudette for custom-made dresses. The service was HORRIBLE.
**You can answer whatever you want Claudette, you know what you did. **
Repetitive last minute cancellation. No respect for his customers' time. When the appointment is kept, she is not there and neither are our dresses (?!)
Takes our measurements several times to ultimately offer us dresses that were clearly not designed for our measurements.
Body shaming.
Dresses received stained, damaged fabric.
Doesn't even deserve to be in business. A real shame.

What a great experience!Being the mom of a groom, I was so undecided and nervous on the type of dress I should or shouldn’t wear.The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. They helped me narrow down my choices and feel great! Thanks to all the staff!

Gorgeous and timeless pieces!!!I wanted to literally try everything on! The staff was extremely helpful as well. They helped me pick out different outfits for a gala I was going to. It was so hard to choose! I felt very beautiful and elegant in everything.Can't wait to go back for my next event! If you want to stand out and feel like a Queen, put your trust in Claudette :)

Nice line of clothing. Found a beautiful dress off the rack, unfortunately what came next was a nail biting experience. I needed the dress for a very important event which I finally received the day before. I paid for “alterations “ on a dress that was clearly not designed for a shorter person. The end result was a dress that didn’t fit my body. What was surprising was that this made to measure dress did not have any fittings in between the final product. I received the finished dress a week before my event with a sloppy hemline. Focusing on that, I was told it would be corrected which it was. Three days before my event I went back to to the shop to pick up the dress, tried it again and noticed that it did not fit well under the armpit, leaving a gap. When I demanded proper alterations I got push back. ALTERATIONS, which I paid for, where reluctantly and finally completed the day before my event. All this could have been avoided if the dress was basted first with proper fittings scheduled before the final product. After all that, the dress is still not perfect. I will be taking it to a good seamstress to do the appropriate alterations. Such a shame.

I discovered this fabulous Montréal designer today and fell in love with her work. Every piece is beautifully crafted, refined and timeless. Absolutely beautiful. I think Claudette Floyd is Québec's best designer and wondering why it took me this long to discover her.Also , Best customer experience ever with sweet Jada.

So, I worked for Claudette MANY years ago-I was fresh out of design school, and a shy wannabe designer.She hired me as a sales/design assistant/repair person. I loved the experience of working for her. She taught me a lot about all aspects of her business, and was very patient with me as got accustomed to the sales portion of the role.I have to say, every time I pass the old location (on St.Laurent/north of Duluth) I will tell whoever I'm with about her amazing store. I also recommend her dresses for anyone who is looking for a less BCBG, more unique, but equally polished look-a special occasions must!She is really a talented designer and part of what makes Montreal what it is!

She Pretty Woman'd us: the saleswoman discouraged my niece from trying on dresses that she might "fall in love with" when it might be a dress that was "out of her budget". The sales person completely discouraged my niece from trying on dresses, even if she denies it down below.
