I well start by saying I'm not trying to be mean just objectif of the place this is maybe not the way the women owner (I think her name is Nathalie) is trying to make certain customers feel but that's what she makes them feel, first of all this is how my husband felt and myself maybe she doesn't know but she makes you look at the shows from outside the store like if she was judging you and saying to herself you probably don't have the money to buy are shoes. than when she does decide to let you come in she makes you put cover shoes to not dirty her carpet ( that I understand) she seems to have a problem with you putting your own shows, any remind you to try a show you do have to take off your shows (and my shoes that I had I put them not often so they do not look dirty) on the other hand her husband a very simple man makes you feel very welcome in his store doesn't seem to judge at all. If he would have been the only 1 there he would have had 4 stars so what I'm trying to say is madame Nathalie this is how you make certain clients feel and I have seen that I am not the only 1 that you made them feel that way. Customer service is a most and very sorry but you don't have it at all, make every client feel unique that's your job. You repeatedly said your regular clients well do understad that you also need to be nice with the new clients also and do not judge a book by its cover because in the past i us to go there not often but when i did would by like 4 pairs and the service was very Professional my honest and truthful opinion like I said the husband gave a very good service and he's the 1 that was talking about where we live like I said if it was just for him we would have gave 4 stars and that I like the boots or not has completely nothing to do with the service from the women hope it helps her to be more humble got to understand I got very small feet and there's not alo of places to buy so if I find good or bad service I well tolerate now I well have to find another place

I was very disappointed by the customer service, although I had already purchased shoes there and had very good service. The store wasn't busy, yet I was rushed, I didn't feel welcome at all. I needed shoes so bad and probably would have bought them again if someone hadn't been so rude and rude to me. I left confused and disappointed because I wasn't expecting this kind of experience and it contrasted greatly with the very good service I had already received in the past.
