I have been going to this store in my neighborhood for 30 years - women's and men's shoes, good prices. I searched for this model: skechers sku: 10002981 3310.5-WEB (STRAPPED/MARY JANES SHOES) and the staff was trying to get me to buy a model that I didn't like at all. I hope with the model they can find the model I was looking for.Despite this setback, I give a pretty good review because they have served me well for many years.

Awful customer service.It was the first time buying shoes there today and the last.The salesgirl insisted on speaking to me in french three times even though she knew I was English and would prefer to be served in English. Apparently she " forgot" I'm anglophone three times. Sure. ?Would have just walked out if I hadn't liked the shoes so much.Gave me the wrong size shoes on purpose because she was mad that I kept ," reminding her" that I speak English.Had to go all the way back there to exchange. .. Avoid.

They have beautiful models from Sorel, Pajar and other brands. Prices are good. The negative point is the saleswoman who served me: too insistent, she wanted to sell at all costs and it shows. It's rather unpleasant.
