The most frustrating place to deal with. I had an accidental hit and run on my car and chose this body shop as it was recommended by my insurance. The accident had damage on my back bumper and scratches on the front left side of my car which according to the employees was never marked on the worksheet so when picking it up the scratches were still there. I was told to come back an entire week later for the scratches to be fixed which was yesterday, and my appointment was nowhere found in the system and there was no courtesy car available. It took all three employees at the front desk to figure out where my appointment was and which car I could use. I was told my car would be done by today either in the am or early PM, I was told I'd be called when it was ready. By 12pm no phone call so I called myself and was told it would be ready by 2pm, I show up and see my car without a bumper on and was told it would now only be ready by Monday. I have wasted so much time going back and forth and dealing with this place, I am fed up and wasn't going to write this review as it seemed they were trying hard to help me out but I hit my breaking point today. This does not reflect the work of those doing the repairs as I am sure they are busy and overworked, but this reflects the management as there has been 0 communication with me throughout.

Get a seat this will take a while.
I had a 20k accident in February in a white Tesla. I called first every 2 weeks to get updates and after the second month they kept saying that the next Friday it would be available. It took them almost 4 months to get the car done, which is not the worst.
When i received the car, the job was not at all well done, the panels on the outside were crooked, the AC was damaged, the passenger seat was loose, the roof liner was stained with motor oil and the seat very badly cleaned and finally some part of the liner was not properly clipped in.
AND, the car had been moved and received a parking ticket in Griffintown, keep in mind thats a long way from LaSalle.
They agreed to fix it for free, two weeks later they return the car and the AC still isn’t working. Keep in mind this was mid June with no AC. They take the car in again and this time they gave me a rental in the meantime, two days later (somehow this time it was fast?!) when i give the car back, i forget my purse in the centre console. 2 hours later I call for the purse and no one saw anything. I asked to see the cameras and they didn’t let me. I got the police involved because of the contents of the purse and apparently THEIR CAMERAS DONT WORK, NOT ANY OF THEM. False sense of security and worse garage of all time.
My passenger seat still is loose and the panels aren’t completely straight. Im never recommending this garage to anyone, even if it was the only working one. Youtube would be much more helpful. This one particular woman was always salty and rude to me.
I cant stress enough how this was the worst experience I ever had with a business.

Excellent service de A à Z. Je me suis sentie rassuré dès les premiers instants. Les employés sont d'une gentillesse hors du commun. Mes réparations ont été rapides et la voiture de location prêtée était en excellent état. Ils ont même lavé et vérifié la mécanique de ma voiture sans frais supplémentaire. Vraiment extrêmement satisfait des services reçus. Je conseille fortement.
