The worst customer service ever! 2 hours for a tire change, unbelievable. I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment and was the only client on line waiting. The guys just ignored me while ordering some papers, I waited 10 minutes there before being serviced. After 1 hr 15 minutes I asked what's happening that my car is not done, they said it shouldn't take long. I wait another 45 minutes. Those guy didn't care about customers, I'll never come come back

Kids bike broke after 5 uses. They wouldn’t repair it because they didn’t have technicians off season. Only solution offered was to “look it up and fix it myself.”

Same fairly mundane service I was looking for a new wooden hammer handle, he only had one but it didn't have any shims to fix the end of the handle.........I asked the attendant, he told me he didn't know that.......yo man! ......change jobs you know nothing.

I frequently shop at this location, and it's my favorite store. I usually buy items when they're on sale or discounted, and the quality is always amazing. The staff is typically very helpful and respectful, which is why I've always given a 5-star rating.
However, I had an issue on October 5th (Saturday) around 2 PM at checkout, specifically at counter 1. The cashier, whom I believe was an Indian woman, treated me quite rudely. As a respectful person, I always greet and thank people, but she didn't respond to my greeting. She just started scanning my items and gave me a cold look. When I thanked her after paying, she still didn’t reply and instead stared at me.
This was the first time I've encountered such behavior at this location. Normally, the cashiers are polite and respectful, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope management looks into this matter, as it doesn’t reflect the otherwise excellent service I've come to expect from this store.

If I could leave 0 star I would. Drove 30 min to buy a product their site said had stock. After getting there they said sorry we have no inventory. I asked if I buy another product for could I have a small discount for the inconvenience, there answer was no. Will be the last time I ever ever step foot in that store. I’m in retail and when I have an issue with a client I’m always trying to help the client and solve the situation, next day still showing same item with 1 in stock , which there is no stock I guess wanting to frustrate more customers

Went to this store looking for a sale on an item advertised online which was in stock, missed the end date of sale by within 24h, the manager was nice enough to respect the sale price, so I bought x 2. The manager was super professional and efficient, and was dealing with 3 clients at the same with ease. Every client walked away with a smile on their face, satisified, even talked to one next to me who said, "you dont get service like this nowadays". What an asset to the company. I think the name of the manager or employee was "Rourke". Anyway hats off to management. On a side note, if anyone in management is reading this, there was a gentlemen who was promoting credit cards, and it seemed his promotions were TGTBT, I would make sure this gentlemen knows the promotion before promoting the credit card, because it could be misleading, also the promotion material was only in french.

I was extremely impressed with Alberto and the service he provided. He went above and beyond. When I asked him where a specific item was, he walked me to the aisle. Although there were none on the shelves, he checked the computer and found that a few were available in the back. Even though it wasn't his department, he asked another employee (from the department) to assist me. Unfortunately, that employee dismissed the request, saying they probably didn’t have any in the back. However, Alberto decided to check himself and returned with the product. Thank you for your help!
