Horrible Experience, no care for customers, after multiple confirmations, over an hour of wait time each time and the work still didn’t get done. Not a welcoming atmosphere, They are only focused on getting new business and not satisfying the existing clients. They don’t respect their timeline, and the management is extremely poor. You hear employees complaining about customers, swearing and arguing, negative vibes. The only competent person there is a young man named Nathan.

I have been dealing with Canada Tire for years. From answering the phone to the completion of the service, everyone is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Appointment times are respected and if there is ever a question or an issue, they listen and address it promptly. Great place

This place has always been my place for my tires. Not any more ! It has totally changed since Morris retired. Morris & Pierrot were the heart of the place and service was beyond expectations. My last 2 times there were horrible ! Went in for a problem with a tire ... one hour and half after, I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire but as I looked through the window ... I noticed they did the assessment on the wrong tire !I returned recently for an oil change. The fellow at the counter was swearing and screaming at a customer ! Even after the customer left, the guy kept swearing and swearing ! It was an utterly unpleasant situation and I will never put foot there again. I found Gordon's tires on Cavendish where I was welcomed with a smile and service out of this world ! Polite staff, kind & nice. Check it out !
