The person working here was a hard to understand little Mexican woman that got so angry during a simple interaction that her eyes started bulging out of her head.
I couldn't help but think that she could very easily, without much acting or prosthetics, play some kind of raging goblin in a fantasy movie. Or a toad-like creature.
I feel sort of bad for any other employees of this store because I'm sure they work at a level that doesn't deserve a rating this low. But at least they probably get a good laugh any time this lady has the impossible task of speaking to a customer.
I went to another Canada Post a few blocks away and had my issue handled pretty quickly.

any one else having issues with this branch' CanadaPost manager? I never had an issue with anyone at with any of the staff there, but OMG she sets a bad example for her staff! she talks in a very condescending manner, rolls her eyes at customers and raises her voice at people when they dont even talk to her in a rude manner. she talks to people like they are slow.....like she needs to go! she is beyond horrible. i am speaking of the older latin american lady there. i am surprised she is even still there and hasn't been dismissed or her attitude changed. just a horrible person.

the manager at the CanadaPost Monkland branch is Quiet unprofessional, condescending and very rude. i will definitely not be going to this branch as long as she is there.

The worst service ever. They don’t have any tape for you in case if the package is not enought protect. They are very rude and not here to help you. I go to bureau en gros or other post canada it was so much a better service.

They do not provide tape for when you want to tape a return label onto your package. You have to buy a roll. The clerk tells you that and just leaves to go in back for a bit in the middle of serving you.

I bought my stuff from Amazon and the address I left is Canada post office near my home (5038 Sherbrooke West Montreal),it worked well before yesterday .The employees just saw my name of medical card and gave me the package directly.but yesterday，when I went there to get my package at 6:30PM,the employee saw my insurance card,then he asked me to show him a letter with my address.I went there for 8 times,the others never asked me the letters.even I went to the post office of Montreal north for three times,they gave me my package without asking me the letter with my address.(the address I left is BP as well).So I asked him why only him to behave like that,he refused to ask his co workers and his boss,he was quite ignorant and rude.I left with anger and today I went there again,another employee just saw my name on my ID, he gave me my package of Amazon immediately WITHOUT asking the letter with address!!!!!!....I really do not understand why they work by different ways.I liked the post office before yesterday,but now I really feel sick.His attitude and his expression are not friendly.....whatever,I do not like the post office now.

How does a post office not open on time? And then when someone does show up they proceed to do non time sensitive tasks while everyone in line waits.

There’s almost always a lineup at this place and I’ve seen two people working there and only one cash open with a giant lineup and the other person is looking at his phone. It would be good if they had trained employees who liked their work. But I won’t expect that.

They just hired yet another incredibly bad employee—this guy with a weird hairdo. He's worse than the short lady. I will no longer use this location. I'll go to somewhere else.

The post office opens at noon, closes at 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and is closed on Saturdays!!!All without changing the schedule on the website....

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's been several times since I dealt with the unfriendly little lady, she should be fired for the way she treats customers and her colleagues. Luckily, I don't come when she's here anymore, and the other girls who work there are very friendly.
