Everyone is super nice and efficient at this post office. People leaving bad reviews are mad at Canada Post policies, or at their own mistakes, not at the staff!!! I've been going there weekly for the past 5years and I've never had an issue getting or sending packages. Great service!!!

I agree with the previous comment. I go there regularly and nothing special to report about the wait, the service or anything else. It’s certain that there must be times busier than others, but it’s like everywhere else. I have always received courteous service there. As for the remark about a folded package, I don't believe that a package just passes through the two hands of the clerk... There are many intermediaries so it is impossible to target the counter as the designated manager.

87$ to send a pair of shoes . You absolutly need a smartphone to do a declaration on an anthoter overly priced amateur website. And also you need to handwrite the adress yourself like its 1975. To finish my pakage will arrive by BOAT in 1 to 2 months !!! 87$$$$ faster would have been 144$$. Last time I use this socialist/comunist company/ service.

Unlike people here who complain about bent packages, endless queues, pitiful service, I am a regular at this post and the service is impeccable, queues are very rare and it goes rather quickly. The employees are young and dynamic, even smiling. It's not their fault if the packages get lost.Do not let go ! You are good!

If I could give 0 star I would, Very bas customer service. When you have to send a package to the state the force you to use the QR code to fill a form. What would happen to any one who don't have an intelligent phone? They can't send anything?? I went to another post office where the person was able to send my package without any trouble or me having to fill a form, why are they unable to do that when all the others can. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE PACKAGE TO SEND TO THE US, they will not help you if you don't fill the QR document first

Wow. I understand why this location is so poorly rated. The Canada Post cashier was very polite and helpful but an older man who was stocking the shelves was extremely rude to me because he didn't like where I was standing. The personel is friendly but they have:- 9 to 5 mentality- The behaviour isn't 100% professional- The Canada Post website is absolute useless, slow, problems loading pages which results in check-in your package again!The website is wrapped and made available for mobile phone instead of redesigning the website for mobile devices!
