Polite and friendly at the desk, it was very easy to pick up my package from the UPS access point. I’m not sure if these older reviews are still relevant, my experience was excellent.

I tried to get an internet address for C.A.M. transfer and the lady never wanted to help me. “Oh no no ma’am, if you don’t come here I can’t do anything you you.” What great service!

These people don’t have no respect for their customers! They are very unprofessional, I don’t ever want to go back to this location. I went there with my ID and the email UPS sent me but they still refused to give me my package asking for my passport as if they were from the airport security!Ups should look for another pick up company or you gonna lose customers!

Parfaitement raison avec l’autre. C’est le pire point de service Ups, moi je me suis déplacé 2 fois de plus pour récupérer un colis que j’ai acheté même pas à 15$ et à chaque fois ça m’a fait perdre plus de 2h de temps de retard à ma job car moi je fais l’école et la job tout les deux full time. Ne mettez jamais les pieds là-bas. Service nullllllllll
