We gave our 8x10 Chinese rug to clean almost 3 weeks ago. When we called to follow up last week, we were told they didn't know where our carpet was. Called again and was told the same. The customer service person, Diane, said she didn't have time to find out. In 24+ hours she didn't have 5 minutes to find out where our carpet was?? Not impressed at all!! If we don't either hear back or receive our carpet in good condition, we will be contacting CTV News.

Please contact me with my number on file. I received a call 3 weeks ago that my items would be delivered that week, and I would receive another call to give payment the next day. I have not heard anything since, and my calls have been unanswered.

Brought in a shirt for missing buttons and a week later they returned it as is without the buttons they said they’d bring to show me to repair it. Basically told me to go elsewhere without any explanation or service. A waste of time and very unprofessional. Too much to ask for buttons on a shirt!

Non-existent welcome from the two employees I met during my two visits to this store. One of them didn't even bother to respond to my "Hello"! The recovery date for my product has not been respected. No explanation, no apology, no words were uttered in response to my statement of displeasure. The staff seems to have nothing to do with customer satisfaction. They are right there are plenty of other stores that offer the same services and I will go there next time! I just read your response. I thank you but read carefully what I wrote: I did not write that there were 2 employees at the same time but I was obliged to come twice, thus meeting 2 employees. The promised date was important for me because afterwards I went on vacation and did not return before 1 month, hence the recovery 1 month later, which had been reported to your employee. Real customer service also means simply apologizing without trying to make the customer seem like a liar or someone negligent.

Brought my fur/suede coat to be cleaned. Came back ruined! Called the store 3 times and was told a manager named Sheila would call me back. She never did. Really terrible customer care... This is not the end of the story. Go there at your risk.
So someone responded 8 months after I posted my initial complaint and said everything is fine and I was satisfied. Insanity....I am NOT satisfied. No one EVER called or dealt with my ruined fur coat. The nerve of this person to contradict my review. I stand my ground and nothing anyone from Miss Browns on Victoria Avenue in Westmount can change the truth. Do Not go there...

Horrible customer service. I brought in a designer dress to have a zipper replaced a week ago and double checked that it would be ready by my event date (today). It was supposed to be ready yesterday. No one called me to advise of a change of plan. Showed up at 10am and dress was not there. Mel, the man who works there, told me it would be dropped off at 2pm the latest. Did not get a call. I called again after 2pm only to then find out the dress won’t be ready; they had to order a zipper. No apology; no offer to make it up to me. I asked to speak to a manager and I am told there is none. I asked Mel who his boss was and he told me he doesn’t know... I said that’s ridiculous and he started yelling at me. I said I want my dress back and won’t pay a penny — he had no offer of a solution, no name of a manager to refer me to, and now I have to wait til Monday to find out if I can get my dress back!?! Completely ridiculous in 2018!

Worst dry-cleaning experience in Montreal, ever!
I brought 2 large blankets to dry-clean here, end of October - and was quoted a certain price. I accepted. By the 7th of December, my blankets were still not ready. I went to pick them up on the 8th : only one was there and the other was seemingly still at "dry-clean headquarters." I paid my bill in full and returned yesterday (so, one week later) to pick up my second large blanket and for about 10 minutes the associate could not find it - this is THE smallest space I have seen to date re: dry-clean shop - once I found my own item I was given a NEW bill (from the same associate who handled my previous bill just 7 days before) with a 10$ surcharge that he could not explain. I was not told about this surcharge (they have my phone number on record) and the associate refused to let me leave - not only that, but he was yelling at ME for questioning the matter. UNBELIEVABLE! After speaking with "headquarters" who told the associate it was "okay to let me leave" without paying the 10$ difference that only she could have explained. MEANWHILE, a second customer comes in, lovely older gentleman, who not only came to my defence seeing how appalling and degrading the associate's attitude towards me was, but the man was given the wrong dry-cleaned pants the previous day! What a disaster!
I highly suggest you go for your dry-cleaning services elsewhere. For Westmount, the quality of service here is atrocious, disorganized and a big fat negative.
