I would have given 0....non-existent customer service, I had the impression of disturbing the employee throughout the telephone interview, imagine when I told her that I lived in Mascouche....her voice is off....

Please contact me with my number on file. I received a call 3 weeks ago that my items would be delivered that week, and I would receive another call to give payment the next day. I have not heard anything since, and my calls have been unanswered.

Brought in a shirt for missing buttons and a week later they returned it as is without the buttons they said they’d bring to show me to repair it. Basically told me to go elsewhere without any explanation or service. A waste of time and very unprofessional. Too much to ask for buttons on a shirt!
