When I returned with my disabled mother, the big bully at the checkout shouted at us to get out because I had a closed bottle of water. Well done for warding off potential customers so effectively! I'll never go back there again and order on Amazon instead...

The store itself is great. However, I was faced with an unpleasant situation when I mentioned that I had suggested 'knight' costume options to my daughter rather than dresses. The salesman said that I would have preferred to have a son before my daughter... as if knight costumes were the prerogative of boys and that I was disappointed in her. On this point I would recommend reading a little about gender theory to understand ignorance.

I recently visited Bric à Brac to buy some toys for my niece, and it was an exceptional shopping experience! This charming toy store has quickly become my go-to place for finding the perfect gifts.

From classic toys to the latest trends, they have something for everyone. I found some lovely dolls and educational toys that my niece absolutely adores.
The store itself is a delight to explore, with colorful displays and a well-organized layout that makes browsing easy and enjoyable. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere for both kids and adults.
The staff at Bric à Brac are incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations based on my niece’s age and interests, making the shopping process smooth and enjoyable. Their knowledge and passion for toys really shine through in their customer service.

Excellent toy store! What a huge variety or articles, you can find some really unique toys. Great customer service. Whenever I need an item to be put aside, I just give a call and the owner takes care of my order. Highly recommended!

A very nice place for toys, we also find gadgets for adults, they have a second floor which is full of surprises, fancy dress clothes for children, accessories, Legos, a great selection, attractive prices and impeccable service .The best of wishes for the future!

Friendly service and a such big place with a lot of things we can find! They have toys, figurine,arts,puzzle, plushies,board games and more !! I was able to find a lot of my childhood toys I used to have and was very nostalgia!
I bought few stuff after my visit over there and they even have a basement to check it out!!
I really love the space and I definitely would come back with some family/friends or go back there if I ever need to look for gifts or things to buy!

I go there quite often and honestly it has become a must on Ontario Street. 1- The staff is endearing, helpful and kind. Big shoutout to the lady who I believe is the owner who is always super friendly. 2- The selection is always very good, particularly for Pokémon cards and Lego, but also for board games and children's toys. In short, please encourage this company!
