They really are a gang of thieves. They just lost 3 big customers. In good faith I bring back an item, I mean AN unwanted item (a chair) and I am charged a 20% management fee ?? No flexibility, really just nonsense

How a store that supplies schools can charge fees of up to 20% on an order under the pretext of delivery and cancellation fees when the merchandise was out of stock.This store abuses the budgets of already very impoverished schools.Shame on Brault and Bouthillier.
