Ordered a shoe book Nov 27, 2023 online with conformation. Emailed them Dec 12, 2023 and got reply saying they are very sorry that they could not fulfill order. I had to contact them for the bad news or they probably would not have contacted me.

Bought a jacket online and i had a question regarding my order coz I didn’t receive any bag for my jacket to store. So I emailed these guys twice a month ago and never heard back from them. And the fur on the jackets seemed less but no reply back ?‍♂️
