The Scandale store lives up to its name very well, just shameful customer service.
The older saleswoman was extremely intrusive and rude.
She asked to go into the cabin to see the item, while I didn't come out precisely because the item was too small or transparent. She came to collect each item that I had just removed and put them back on the shelves. Very unpleasant feeling of being rushed, pressured to pay.
After calling me a thief by accusing me of having tried on and taken an article of clothing that I had never seen in my life and having insisted despite me repeating to him that I had simply not tried this article of clothing. She searched my bag and did NOT apologize when she obviously couldn't find the item, she even allowed herself to make fun of its contents. When I went to the checkout, she left with my bank card to “receive confirmation by phone” leaving me with no news for 10 minutes. Furthermore, I realized a little later that she had stolen the sale from her colleague (probably intentionally) who had a stand outside in front of the store, and where my item came from.
After being charged, she gave me a voila, it's good, waiting for me to leave (??). When I asked her to return my card, realizing that it was not in my wallet, she simply told me “oh no, check carefully, I’m sure I gave it back to you.” in an extremely denigrating tone. No questioning, she remained in her position even though I was sure that she had not given it back to me. She eventually found it, on the floor next to the cash register. Again NO apology, barely a word. I had to ASK her for my item, which I had to finish packing myself because she left to do something else without even saying goodbye.
Don't go there, paying $28 for a bodysuit is not worth being treated so badly.

Rendu moitié chemin au métro, nous croisons la madame qui nous cri après devant tout le monde en nous traitant presque de voleuse!!!!! Nous lui avons expliqué que la robe était sur le rack là où nous l'avons prise. Elle nous a forcer à refaire le chemin jusqu'à la boutique pour lui montrer. Si elle aurait pris le temps de chercher,elle l'aurait trouver directement puisque je n'ai même pas tasser de linge pour la sortir du rack. Seule réponse : " ha bon". Pas de désolé n'y rien pour ça. Honnêtement j'ai jamais vue quelqu'un avec un manque de professionnalisme et de respect. Je serais gêner d'avoir une employée qui traite VOTRE clientèle comme ça !!

(Pour faire court) je sais pas si je serais capable d'en faire un autre pareil mais chose certaine; ce tableau sera une merveilleuse addition à ma chambre!
