Update: Bumping from a 2 star to 3 star after receiving news from the owner, Michael (once this review was posted). I was explained that the item ordered was in fact not in stock, and no longer in production, but that the manufacturer will be making an exception. The owner apologized for human error and poor communication on their part. I should be receiving my order in a few weeks. Shipping charges were refunded. I will post an update once the order has been received.Great for shopping locally, but would avoid buying online. I placed an order over a week ago. Their website mentions a 3-5 business day processing (I'm in Toronto). More than 3-5 days have passed. Reached out via email for an order status twice, with no reply. Called their store twice only to be told that they don't have any information on the online orders (who does?). Was told twice that I would be called back with information. Crickets. Still waiting for any information regarding my order. Truly a shame since I really enjoyed visiting their shop when in Montreal.

Absolutely love this boutique! Love how there is a mix of local goods based out of Montreal, Canada and some items from West Coast USA! On top of it, the manager who was working there was so kind and helpful!

Magnificent store offering quality products from everywhere. They have very original gift wrap. It also caught my attention the semi-precious stones and also their natural and organic cosmetic corners ?
They also have cute lingerie, leather handbags, cute little books and very original coffee cups.

Beautifully curated collection. It's such a pleasure browsing in here. I've been in many times over the years and recently wanted to order something specific from one of the jewellers they carry. Nicole made a custom order for me and was so helpful and kind. Overall, just a great spot with a great vibe.

I have always loved stopping in to shop in this lovely boutique when visiting in Montreal... however, this time was different, in that the new manager made me feel unwelcome and was literally unfriendly. I didn't feel comfortable to stay and browse, as Inormally do. Quel dommage !

So much love for Boutique Peridot! Such a beautiful vibe & the most perfect place for gift ideas. The type of place that makes it difficult to leave with only a gift for someone else without treating yourself at the same time. I LOVE that there are many local Montreal designers here as well as some from all over. Perfect variety!
