By accident, I broke a glass bowl on top of a piece of thin wood with no proper support on the floor level shelf. I was fine paying for what I broke which I did pay. However, the first response the staff gave me when I broke the glass was a bad tone of "you have to pay for it." instead of maybe asking if I was fine, did I get hurt. Overall attitude, approach, and experience were unpleasant. I would not go back again.
