Loved the boutique, so many beautiful dresses in different Colours, styles and fabric. The dress I got was so affordable and made me feel like a princess. The owner was so sweet and helpful. Thank you again for helping me find my dream dress.

When I was getting married in 2016, my 2 maids of honour and my 3 bridemaids got their dresses here. The same bridesmaid dress was altered at the top to match each maid's style. Fast-forward to 2022, my niece's 5 bridesmaids just got their dresses here too. We love this store!

(Translated by Google) Arrogant, disappointing, deceptive and amateurish are just some of the characteristics of the service I received. This is definitely the worst, by far. I ordered a forest green color dress (I was very clear in showing the color I wanted). When the dress arrived, I noticed that it was in emerald green (the difference is obvious). The saleswoman persists in saying that it is indeed forest green and that she made a mistake by writing "emerald" on the receipt. She contradicts herself by saying that forest green is the only dark green that exists in her shop... In short, the dress I held in my hands and ordered during my first visit would never have existed!(Original)Arrogant, décevant, trompeur et amateur ne sont que quelques-unes des caractéristiques du service que j’ai reçu. C’est certainement le pire, et de loin. J’ai commandé une robe de couleur vert forêt (j’ai été très claire en montrant la couleur que je voulais). Lorsque la robe est arrivée, je me suis aperçue qu’elle était en vert émeraude (la différence est flagrante). La vendeuse persiste à dire que c’est effectivement vert forêt et qu’elle s’est trompée en écrivant « émeraude » sur le reçu. Elle se contredit en affirmant que le vert forêt est le seul vert foncé qui existe dans sa boutique... En bref, la robe que j’ai tenue dans mes mains et commandée lors de ma première visite n’aurait jamais existé!

Really disappointed, I felt extremely pressured, even harassed, to buy my dress. The salespeople wouldn't let me go, they absolutely wanted me to buy the dress.

When we entered the store a very polite man greeted us and explained the discounts and that there were ladies and gentlemen at our disposal. Despite the fact that there was a lot of movement and people in the store, the service was excellent, they were very patient with me since I couldn't make a choice, my advice helped me see more clearly. Bella Moda has a beautiful selection of dresses and a very helpful and attentive staff. I have purchased many dresses and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. I find the previous reviews surprising as I have never had any negative comments to say about this boutique! ps I have never seen cameras above the changing rooms
